We are a lifestyle company. We focus on materials and designs that have a certain personality, a timeless essence, and above all else… a light-hearted edge. We work with retailers, architects, interior designers, hoteliers, party planners and restauranteurs … and export the Impulse! collection worldwide.

Terms and Conditions

Orders

Minimum opening order is $250; reorder is $100. Backorders may be shipped without notice within six months of order ship date unless canceled by fax to 954-957-9902 (and receipt of fax must be confirmed by Impulse! via return fax). Credit card orders will be processed using the credit card provided by client at time of placing or confirming the order, unless the client specifically requests that the credit card not be kept on file. Clients may place orders via fax, email or by telephone, in which case any charges will be posted to a credit card kept on file (unless specifically requested otherwise by the client in writing). Impulse! reserves the right to increase quantities to meet our case pack requirements. Impulse! will do its best to ship goods within seven days of receipt of payment.

Payment Terms

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Hospitality clients may apply for credit terms by faxing trade and bank references to ATTN: ACCOUNTING DEPT. 954 957 9902.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for term submission requests.

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Pompano Beach, FL by the most efficient means as determined by Impulse! Since our terms of sale are FOB our warehouse, we are not responsible for breakage that may occur after your shipment has left our facility. We will, of course, do our best to pack our items with care to prevent breakage, but we cannot control mishandling by carriers. However, we will agree to file a claim with our carrier on your behalf.

Late Payments

In the event that Impulse! extends terms to any client and an invoice remains unpaid 30 days following the date of invoice, late charges of 2% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by Florida law) will be charged until the account is paid in full. Accounts more than 60 days past due will be sent to collections. Client agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney’s fees.

Returns and Claims

All damages and discrepancies must be reported to Impulse! customer service by fax or via our website within two business days of delivery. All products and packaging are to be kept for one week in the event that your claim is investigated by our carrier. Impulse! does not provide cash or credit card refunds, but credit may be given for damaged goods in the form of store credit or if authorized by Impulse! replacement goods will be sent. Impulse! reserves the right to withhold a store credit or replacement pending examination and resolution of the claimed breakage by the freight company. Any replacements will typically be sent with the next available back order or new order. Otherwise the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Open store credits must be used within four months of issuance. All order and backorder cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by Impulse! customer service staff.

Many Impulse! products are handcrafted. As a result our products will have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These variations are not considered damages and returns will not be accepted. If a client feels that they have received defective goods, or if for any reason a client decides to cancel an order after it has been processed by Impulse!, the client will be responsible for all freight costs to send and / or return the goods, plus a 20% restocking fee. If the client decides to return goods that the client feels are defective, the client will be responsible for all return freight costs. Impulse! will in good faith inspect any goods received, and if the goods are considered to be defective by Impulse!, the client will receive credit for the goods returned as well as return freight.

International Accounts

All orders are ship via FOB Pompano Beach, FL. Prepayment is required.
